Your returned item will be inspected and an email will be sent confirming we have received it. A further email will be sent to you notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Once, the refund has been approved we will process it and automatically apply the credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
UK orders
Free shipping for orders in the UK with Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed. Any order placed Monday- Friday after 3pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. Any delays must be followed up with Royal mail.
International orders
International economy tracked by Royal Mail at £8. We aim to deliver orders to Europe within 3-5 working days and rest of the world in 6-7 working days.
