UK ORDERS
Free shipping for orders in the UK with Royal Mail 1st class delivery. Please allow at least 24 hours for your order to be processed.
Any order placed Monday- Friday after 3pm will be processed the following working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days. Any delays, lost or stolen items must be followed up with Royal mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International economy tracked by Royal Mail at £8. We aim to deliver orders to Europe within 3-5 working days and rest of the world in 6-7 working days.
RETURNS
We offer 100% satisfactory guarantee on all our items. For hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exhanges. Only if the item is faulty or damaged will we provide an exchange or refund.
We must be notified within 5 days with proof of purchase/receipt.
Your returned item will be inspected and an email will be sent confirming we have received it. A further email will be sent to you notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
REFUNDS
