Your returned item will be inspected and an email will be sent confirming we have received it. A further email will be sent to you notifying you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
Once, the refund has been approved we will process it and automatically apply the credit to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be processed.
